While all Moderators help maintain our Discord server, their roles can also extend to moderating the Minecraft network or forums, depending on their interests and availability. We prioritize flexibility, allowing Moderators to focus on the areas where they feel most comfortable and effective.

While their responsibilities may vary—from supporting our moderators in overseeing the Discord server to managing the technical aspects of our Minecraft network or contributing to software development—they all share a common goal: to guide and nurture the growth of our community. Inferris is built on trust, mutual respect, and genuine connection, and our Administrators are friends and pillars of support who play a crucial role in shaping the direction of Inferris. Their role goes beyond authority, focusing on collaboration, uplifting others, and ensuring that Inferris remains a safe, thriving place where every member feels valued and heard.
